Happy Almost-November Everyone! Leading up to the holiday season, I've decided to share my top tips to control that dreaded anxiety, and help you ring in 2017 feeling your best! As some of you know, my practice is dedicated to using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to treat adults with troublesome anxiety. The tips I will be sharing reflect some of the most common themes I see from patients - which means, you are not alone! Here's to embracing a no-stress holiday season!
