Rates and Insurance
INSURANCE
I am considered an out-of-network provider, but am happy to electronically submit all out-of-network claims on your behalf, so that you may be reimbursed by your insurance carrier at their determined rate.
To learn about your out-of-network benefits, call your insurance provider and ask three questions:

Do I have out-of-network behavioral health benefits?

What is my deductible?

What percentage will be reimbursed after my deductible is met?
RATES
INITIAL INTAKE ASSESSMENT
60 Minutes - $275
INDIVIDUAL PSYCHOTHERAPY SESSIONS
55 Minutes - $250
Depending on your individuals needs, you may request a longer or shorter session (ex. 30 min, 90 min), which will be prorated based on an hourly rate of $250.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Out of respect for all clients wishing to be seen, appointments cancelled without 24 hours notice will be subject to the full session fee, which cannot be covered by insurance.
NO SURPRISES ACT
As of January 2022, the No Surprises Act entitles you to a Good Faith Estimate of costs.
