Specialized Treatment for OCD

For individuals with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), every day can feel like a struggle. You may feel overwhelmed and defeated in multiple areas of your life, and no matter how many times you tell yourself to calm down, you can’t seem to find relief. You may be avoiding situations you once found enjoyable, or find yourself outwardly putting on a brave face, while internally struggling with unwanted thoughts and compulsions you hope no one can see.

If you are feeling exhausted, ashamed, and are struggling to be present and find enjoyment in your everyday activities, I have good news. OCD is treatable! I have been intensively trained in specific Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) interventions, including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Inference-based CBT (I-CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), three evidence-based treatment approaches I use to help you take control of your symptoms and achieve your goals.
